Personal Management

Anger and Stress Management
is much more than learning how to control a temper, or
deal with the daily stresses of life, its about
developing the skills that are necessary to effectively
alter the way we think and therefore respond/react to
stressful situations.
Evidence
suggests that consistent physical exercise can help with
Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Anger
management, etc. as well as maintaining a good energy
balance, and psychological wellbeing. These everyday
symptoms can be dramatically altered through Martial
Arts training, for example Depression and Low Mood can
create a loss of interest in everyday activities as well
as a lack of energy and poor concentration, but through
joining the Cheongye Kwan and getting involved in our
program, you can help to fight back and regain some
control and balance in your life or the life of a friend
or loved one.
At the
Cheongye Kwan, our system of Martial Arts training has a
primary focus, and that is to personally help every one
of our members to become better people and consequently
better students than they were before joining our
schools.
This is
done through their participation in our Martial studies
by giving them a new set of principles to model their
lives upon. Training at the Cheongye Kwan is not geared
towards the sports market, we are not a Martial Sport,
nor are we a fitness studio, where people come just to
get in shape, rather, we are a complete traditional
Martial Arts system that encompasses health and fitness
as a by-product of determined and focussed involvement
in physical and mental development.
The focus
that students are taught to commit to, can help each of
them to
enhance their cognitive skills, strengthen their
interpersonal skills, and establish exceptional
competencies in both their academic and practical
skills.
By setting goals and
achieving targets through commitment, determination and
perseverance, the Cheongye Kwan Martial Arts and
Learning Centre in Much Hoole can offer you the tools
you need to become a personally successful and more
rounded Martial Artist, and a healthier and happier
human being by developing confidence and improving
concentration to bring out a character that is balanced,
controlled and self-motivated.
